Rust Wedding at The Estate on Second

A sweet kiss sealed the deal at their local church before Kevin and Paula headed to The Estate on Second for cocktail hour and their wedding reception. The wedding party met outside by the Chiarini Fountain for group photos while guests made a beeline to the food and drink inside. All the bridesmaids wore different dresses ranging in shades of pink and orange to match their bouquets. The groomsmen and groom all wore the same beige suits, white button-ups, and brown shoes. The girls posed, the guys posed, then the group posed together creating memories that will last a lifetime for the bride and groom. Kevin and Paula concluded the portrait session together before joining their guests inside for the remainder of cocktail hour where Filet & Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Brioche Box hors d’oeuvres were served. Beer, wine, and the newlywed’s signature cocktails, a Moscow Mule and Old Fashioned, were poured at the bar while everyone mixed and mingled.

As cocktail hour came to an end, everyone found their way inside The Crystal Ballroom.  Rust napkins and fresh floral arrangements added pops of color around the reception space and rose gold table numbers helped guests find their seats. Kevin and Paula made their grand entrance into their first dance in front of family and friends, then sat at their sweetheart table for toasts. The bride and groom’s nearest and dearest made everyone laugh and cry as memories were shared and glasses clinked. Dinner was served shortly after and included Grilled Marinated Vegetables, Caesar Salad, Zucchini Lime Chicken, Penne Alla Checca, and Red Roasted Garlic Potatoes. The menu was hand selected by the bride and groom with the help of our Event Specialist, Sierra. Guests ate every last bite and had nothing but great things to say about dinner, but they were in for a real treat for dessert! Instead of traditional wedding cake for dessert, the bride and groom surprised their guests with our Kouign Amann desserts. Everyone was amazed when the delicious desserts were torched and caramelized to perfection. The night ended out on the dance floor with a bride and groom money dance and guests showing off their best moves.
