Rustic Backyard Wedding

After saying, “I do” in an outdoor ceremony, Francesca and Reilly wandered off into the wilderness with their photographer while guests made their way to a private estate for cocktail hour. An open bar greeted them with beer, wine, and the newlyweds signature cocktails: A Kentucky Mule and Skinny Margarita. Beef Picadillo Empanadas, Mac-n-Cheese Lollisticks, and Kaula Pulled Pork Sliders were available for everyone to snack on while awaiting the bride and groom’s arrival. A red, vintage car pulled up to the front of the house and Francesca and Reilly hopped out joining their guests at the end of cocktail hour sipping and snacking on good food and drinks before taking their seats.

A rustic setting was unveiled as guests walked into the backyard to find their seats for dinner. Tables were draped in textured ivory linens and floral centerpieces added to the rustic color palette. Custom menus were placed at each place setting surrounded by white and gold flatware, tan napkins, and smoky glassware. Francesca and Reilly shared their first dance before taking a seat at their sweetheart table which was covered in eucalyptus, roses, anemones, and more. Friends and family toasted to the couple and everyone drank champagne. After toasts, the first course of Mexican Caesar Salad was served followed by the entree course of Slow Roasted Carnitas, Cheese Enchiladas, Pasilla Rice, White Refried Beans, Jay’s Famous Tortilla Chips, Homemade Guacamole, and Jay’s Homemade Salsa. With help from our Event Specialist, Arielle, the bride and groom pre-selected their delicious menu with their guests in mind. Everyone at the wedding had nothing but great things to say about dinner! While everyone was finishing up their plates, the bride and groom snuck away for a private cake cutting before rejoining their party. Once everyone had eaten their fill, the dance floor became the hot spot for the remainder of the evening. Everyone cheered and celebrated around the newlyweds and showed off their dance moves before heading home.
